If you love surfing, Bells Beach is a must-visit for you. It is very popular for its surf-friendly huge waves cycles. Every year in March, it hosts the Ripcurl Bells Pro. Next in line is the Apollo Bay. It is a small coastal town and a great place to enjoy the beach. To see the beautiful view go to the Mariners Lookout. From here take the scenic drive to Lorne. As you arrive in Lorne you will see the town is buzzing with energy. It is a great place to have coffee, take a walk along the beach or simply admire the art.

Port Campbell National Park has an amazing collection of rock formation carved by waves. Among many arches, Loch Ard Gorge is the most visited one. There is a viewing platform where you can enjoy the best views of the Gorge. It looks really spectacular at the sunset. The other common arch is the London Bridge. The beaches here are exceptional. Gibson Steps lies two minutes drive away from the Twelve Apostles. These narrow steps will take you to a beautiful beach which is often empty. Before you head towards Warrnambool stop at the Otways. In the Otway rainforest, you will get to see Koalas and other native Australian animals. Further ahead lies Port Fairy. Griffiths Island is the highlight here. It is the most picturesque place to be at sunrise. Then comes Portland. Eastern Ramparts Lookout is a little viewpoint to enjoy amazing scenery crowd-free.

You can explore the Great Ocean Road by walk. It will surely take more time but it is totally worth it. The Great Ocean Walk is 104 km long from Apollo Bay to Gibson Steps. It takes eight days to finish this walk. If you don’t have that much time, you can take short walks. Otway fly walk is a unique experience. It is the world’s tallest treetop walk that offers a remarkable bird’s eye view.
